    Characteristics of Steel Banding Straps

    Qualities  standard duty steel strap (max. 850N/mm2) / high tensile steel strap (max. 1100N/mm2)
    Strap Width 1/2", 5/8" , 3/4" /  from 9.5 mm (3/8″) to 32 mm (1 1/4″) width
    Strap Thickness .015", 0.020", 0.023", 0.025" / from 0.38 to 1.3 mm thickness
    Make up Oscillated / Ribbon Wound
    Dispensers Horizontal or vertical – mobile or stationary – floor or wall mounted –
    manual or motorized – for coils ribbon wound , oscillated wound or jumbo

    • Heat treated wooden pallet
    • Bottom water resistant oil paper sheet
    • LDPE shrink film top cover sheet (if required)

    Standard Securing

    • Self adhesive tape securing strap & end tag
    • Two or three coil retaining straps at 120° intervals
    • Two sealless coil grouping straps with edge protectors, at180°
    • Two sealless coil-on-skid securing straps with edge protectors, at 180° intervals.
