The role is responsible for driving sales of our premier Tool and Equipment product lines through lead development, product demonstration, events, and promote our brands in industrial settings as well as developing and selling service programs.

FROMM Packaging Systems Canada Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, driven individual with a strong desire to drive sales and has proven track record of success. The role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and growing the FROMM strapping tools and service program.
The Account Manager will perform the following:
• Provide best in class sales and service to consumers and maximize sales of our Fromm Strapping Tool Line.
• Generate awareness for our tool program through direct sales activities.
• Territory prospecting: cold calling, face to face meetings, and networking.
• Identify and qualify leads, manage prospects to grow business.
• Plan and execute strapping tool demonstrations with clients and prospects.
• Attend Trade Shows to develop opportunities.
• Work through our CRM to effectively manage prospects and clients.
• Monitor weekly sales results to identify opportunities and trends
• Maintain regular contact with existing customer associates and management to cultivate strong relationships.
• Sales team product training, and support to sales team in the development of the Tool and service program.

• University Degree or College Diploma in a technology related field will be an advantage.
• 5 years work experience in field sales with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in understanding technical documents.
• Experience in preparing sales presentations.
• Must be self-motivated and a team player with strong communication and time management skills.
• Advanced and proven negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop an engaged customer relationship
• Display a professional demeanor.
• Must be MS Office proficient
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
• Driven to succeed.
